Hi. I’m Hailey.

As parents, we wear many hats. And I’m no different. I’m a wife, mom of 4, and psychological associate ready to walk alongside you through the trials and triumphs of parenthood.

Nothing about early parenthood is easy. But you don’t have to do it alone. My hope is that each family I work with will leave my office empowered to walk confidently into the future.

I am a clinician with over 12 years of experience in the identification of Autism Spectrum Disorders, and I am one of the few clinicians in the Big Country area that is Certified in Perinatal Mental Health.

When you work with Grounded Roots Family Development Center, you can be confident that you, your child, and your family, are getting the very best evidence-based support.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in 2008. After graduation, I worked with children and families in multiple capacities as a paraprofessional in a special needs classroom, director of a special needs ministry, a parent trainer, and graduate student.

In 2012, I earned my graduate degree from Abilene Christian University as a Specialist in School Psychology and have been working in public schools as a School Psychologist since that time.

My interest in the specialty of maternal mental health was born out of my own lived experience with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) after the birth of my first child in 2014. In 2019, I received the endorsement of Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I am currently one of the only mental health clinicians in the Big Country area to hold this designation.

Pregnancy, postpartum, and the first 5 years of a child’s life are critical times for the child, the mother, and the family. Grounded Roots Family Development Center is designed specifically with the unique needs of young families in mind. I look forward to working with you and your family.

How can I help you?
